The North Carolina Polar Plunge has been established as an annual event that will draw hundreds and thousands of North Carolina plungers to the OBX every year to support the Special Olympics and their mission to… “Provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community”.

Various levels of sponsorship are available, but all provide a rewarding philanthropic opportunity as well as marketing exposure to the multitudes of plungers, their personal sponsors, not to mention the media coverage that this event will boast. The following forms of sponsorship are available and any level of sponsorship is encouraged.
